The autochthonous varieties are what make this wine unique; old vines with little production perpetuate the authentic and at the same time the curious tastes of the wine of our grandparents.
In the winery we have maintained the traditional system of making wine, based on sulfur (18th century) and old wooden boots (16th century). We let nature do, the fermentation is totally spontaneous, with the autochthonous yeasts that arrive at the field, making the wine of each vintage and each barrel unrepeatable.
Whoever buys a bottle of farmer wine should know that he has a natural and fully alive wine in his hands, so it evolves with the time, makes a sediments and needs us to keep it in quiet and fresh place... deserves a little attention.
